The Fast Again 3:31:39

3 hours 31 minutes at Bucharest Marathon 😮 what a great surprise as my second fastest Marathon of my new era. Persistent optimum training, cool careful eating, joyful runs with great friends and some luck at the top, are bringing amazing performances.

Ideal conditions at a very flat course with so many straight lines and very few turns, cloudy weather at 14oC, great supporters, around so many beautiful buildings and monuments and of course with a monumental finish in front of the Palace of the Parliament.
